2Do You Ship Internationally?

3My product looks different from the photos I see online, why?
Our products are handmade, and leather changes morphs and grows with time. Each product you buy is unique and will continue to evolve as you use it. It’s a wonderful journey. However, if you are not satisfied with your product you can write to us at hello@clevercraft.in
4How do I clean my leather products?

6Do you repair/restore/refresh leather products?
We do not restore or repair leather, however we have been in this business for a while and we’ve made a lot of great, extremely skilled friends. We’d be happy to put you in touch with someone who can help you out in your city. You can reach us at hello@clevercraft.in for assistance.
7Can I return or exchange an item?
It is currently not possible to return or exchange an item. Please have a look at our Returns Policy.
8What do I do if I ordered the wrong item or need to cancel my order?
We make every effort to ship your items as soon as we can, so you can enjoy them as soon as possible. If you need to cancel or change your order please fill out our contact form or write to us at hello@clevercraft.in as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will make every attempt to cancel your shipment before it leaves.
